How many guests can you cater for?

We cater for events from 30 guests up to several hundred. Whether it’s an intimate garden party, a wedding, or a large corporate event, our team brings the same level of care and professionalism. We regularly cater for 50–300 guests across Bristol and the South West, and we can scale our hog roast, BBQ or pizza setups to suit your numbers. If you’re unsure how much food you need, we can recommend the perfect package based on your event size.

Do you provide staff?

Yes — all packages include professional staff to cook, serve and clear down. Our team handles everything from setup to service to full clean-down, so you can relax and enjoy your event. All staff are fully trained in food hygiene and event service, and we bring all equipment needed for a smooth service. For larger events, we can also provide additional servers or chefs if required.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes — we can provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. If you have guests with specific dietary needs, just let us know when booking and we will ensure suitable alternatives are included alongside your chosen menu.

Do you need power or water?

We are largely self-sufficient and only require access to a few standard plug sockets where available. For venues without suitable power, we can provide a generator for an additional £60.00. Water access is helpful but not essential.
